Welcome to NexaXO ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application NexaXO (the "App"). Please read this policy carefully. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Firebase User ID (UID) — a unique anonymous identifier assigned to your account
Device advertising identifiers (used by Google AdMob)
Game activity data — match history, wins/losses, coin balances, leaderboard scores
App usage data may be collected via Firebase services to improve performance and stability

2.3 Information from Third-Party Sign-In

Google Account: name, email address, and profile picture (when signing in with Google)
Apple ID: name and email address (when signing in with Apple, iOS only)
Guest / Anonymous: no personal information required; a temporary UID is assigned

* Ad identifiers and inferred location are collected by third-party ad networks when you interact with advertisements. You may limit ad tracking via your device settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

Account Management: to create and manage your account, authenticate sign-ins, and restore your progress across devices.
Gameplay: to enable online multiplayer matchmaking, record game history, maintain leaderboards, and manage your in-game coin balance.
Personalization: to display your profile picture, username, and skins across the app.
Monetization: to display advertisements (interstitial and rewarded video ads) and process in-app purchases.
App Improvement: to analyze usage patterns and fix issues using Firebase services data.
Customer Support: to respond to your inquiries using the contact email you provide.

5. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services listed below, which are necessary for the App to function:

6. Advertising

NexaXO contains advertisements served by Google AdMob. These networks may collect and use your device advertising identifier and approximate location to display relevant ads.

Interstitial Ads: Full-screen ads that may appear between game sessions.
Rewarded Video Ads: Optional ads you can watch voluntarily to earn in-game coins (50 coins per view, up to 5 times per day).

To opt out of personalized advertising:

Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.
iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising > Turn off Personalized Ads.

7. In-App Purchases

NexaXO offers optional in-app purchases (coin packs and skins) processed through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card information. All financial transactions are handled directly by Google. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how payment data is handled.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services:

Account data (email, username, profile picture) is retained until you delete your account.
Game history and leaderboard scores are retained for the lifetime of your account.
Anonymous guest accounts and their associated data are deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 11).

9. Children's Privacy

NexaXO is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately at the email address below, and we will take steps to delete that information.

If the App is made available in regions with stricter age requirements (e.g., under 16 in the EU/EEA), the same commitment applies. Ad networks used in this App must be configured to serve family-safe, non-personalized ads to younger audiences.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections.
Firebase Realtime Database and Firebase Storage are protected by Firebase Security Rules.
Firebase App Check is recommended to prevent unauthorized API access.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

11. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your region, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion: Request that we delete your account and associated personal data.
Restriction: Request that we limit the processing of your data.
Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your data.
Objection: Object to processing of your personal data for certain purposes.

12. Device Permissions

13. International Data Transfers

Our Firebase backend is hosted in the Asia Southeast 1 region (Singapore). If you are located in the EU, EEA, or other regions with data protection laws, please note that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries that may not have equivalent data protection standards. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you through an in-app notice or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
